Are WE the right company for YOU?

 When I started working with my website company they gave me a lot of pre-written content to use on the site.  Most of it was boiler-plate stuff telling YOU how great I am and focusing on me, me, me; basic, shameless self-promotion. Well, I don't work that way and fortunately they gave me unlimited custom pages so I can write my own material.

You see, one of the core beliefs of anyone working at this company is that it's not about us. It's about you, your experience with us and creating loyalty. So you won't see us driving around with magnetics signs on our cars nor will you have to stare at us on your grocery cart while shopping for dinner. We use real, updated pictures of ourselves so you'll recognize us when we meet and we don't take ourselves too seriously. We'll work our asses off for you and we'll earn our pay. 

Check out our tabs on the left to better understand how we do business. Many agents will tell you they're full service yet they're nowhere to be seen when it comes time to show or market your home. Many of them simply employ the Plug-and-Pray method of marketing your home.  As for commissions, they're negotiable and we're pretty fair so we anticipate you'll be pleased.

We understand that some of you may want to try to sell your home on your own to save some money. Initially this seems like a good idea until we take some of the covers off. Only then does one realize they're not really getting what they bargained for. Click the FSBO tab on the left to see what things really look like. We say leave the risks to Las Vegas and the track and hire an agent. Even if it's not us, don't step over dollars to pick up pennies.
